When To Order

Total Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

Order Processing Time: All normal product will need 5-7 business days to process, except the complicated handwork like beading, embroidery and tie dye will need 13-20 business days to process.

Shipping Time: It depends on which shipping method you chose, the standard shipping method will need 6-10 business days while the expedited shipping method will need 3-7 business days.

Shipping Locations:

  1. We provide delivery services to Global
  2. Currently, we do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Our products can be delivered Global. We ship our products using the following carriers: (DHL,UPS,THT,FedEX,Wanb and EMS,YunExpress,Yanwen, etc.). The shipment time varies with the shipment distance. And the efficiency of local carriers also affects the delivery time. It takes about 3-10 business days for the delivery from our factories to your destination. The exact shipping time depends on the standards of the carrier (DHL,UPS,THT,FedEX,Wanb and EMS,YunExpress,Yanwen, etc.) and the shipping method you choose. Usually, the time and cost of shipping to different areas are as follows.

 Customs and Import Duties (International)

Our product prices do not include tax. Depending on the country to which you instruct us to ship your order, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, and/or other similar types of governmental taxes, duties, or fees (collectively, "Duties and Taxes"). You are responsible for the payment of all such Duties and Taxes, irrespective of when you are billed or charged for Duties and Taxes. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.). We are more than happy to follow your instructions.

 How can I track my order?

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.

Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have.

Please note that tracking is active during 60 days so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.

What If I Never Received My Order?

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.
If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service Mailbox:service@pevafe.com for assistance.
