Refunds: Get a refund credited back to your initial payment method.
* Return Policy Duration: Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of delivery. Kindly ensure that return requests are initiated within this timeframe. 

General Return Policy

1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged

  • Returns and exchanges are not applicable if the customer selects the incorrect size, product, or color.
  • Items that have been worn, used, stained, or altered, are ineligible for return.
  • Products that have been damaged or returned due to failure to sign for receipt promptly are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns or exchanges requested beyond 14 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
3. Items returned without proper return requests will not be accepted.

4. Freight To Collect (FTC) service for return packages is not provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Before shipping out your returns, please ensure they are double-checked. We do not take responsibility for the return of non-Pevafe products.

6. All items, including standard sizes, are made-to-order. We do not accept 'buy-many-keep-one' purchases. Orders suspected of being placed with this intention may be canceled by our customer service team.

7. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items or packages that require customs inspection (customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility). Please retain the receipt with tracking information.

8. We reserve the right to reject returns that arrive in unacceptable condition or without prior notification.

9. In cases of overdue returns or losses caused by the customer, a 40% refund will be provided. For instance, delays in package pick-up or assistance with customs clearance.

10. Rejected packages are not accepted. A 40% refund will be issued. If you require a return, please contact us after receiving the package.

Return/Exchange (if applicable) Instructions:

  1. Email us at service@pevafe.com to request the return/exchange form. Fill out the form and return it to us.
  2. Print the completed return/exchange form or jot down the details on a clean sheet of paper if printing is not feasible. Include it in the original packaging along with the item(s).
  3. Send the package back using your local post service or Regular Mail Service. After shipping the package, email us the tracking information.
  4. Once we receive your return package, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refused Packages:

Should you refuse delivery of your package for any reason, you will be held liable for the shipping costs to and from Pevafe. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that rejected packages may take several weeks or longer to be returned to our facilities, as transit times are subject to the shipping carrier's operations. Pevafe will proceed with issuing a refund only after the items have been successfully returned to our facility.

Refunds:

  • All refunds are processed back to the original payment method, with no option to alter the payment method.
  • Refunds typically require 3-5 business days to process. If there are delays due to your local bank, kindly contact us if the refund is not received within 7 working days. Once the refund is processed on our end, a confirmation email will be sent.
  • For items necessitating a refund, the package must be received and processed back into our warehouse, a process that usually takes around 10 business days.
  • Refunds for PayPal payments will be refunded through PayPal, while Credit Card payments will be reimbursed to the original Credit Card used for the purchase.
  • If you do not receive an email within the stated timeframe, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you promptly.

Damaged Returns:

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, DO NOT return it using the label in your package. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization label. If a damaged or incorrect item is returned without notifying our customer service department, potential restocking fees may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is a significant decision, and our cancellation policy reflects this consideration. It is crucial to understand that most of our dresses are made to order, and once the production process has commenced, the materials cannot be reused. The positive aspect is that there is still an opportunity to reconsider your decision after placing your order. Please review the details of our cancellation policy outlined below.

  1. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 1 day.
  2. Cancel an order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  3. If you cancel an order 24-72 hours after payment: You will receive an 80% refund plus the shipping fee.
  4. Cancelling an order 72-120 hours after payment: You will receive a 50% refund plus the shipping fee.
  5. Cancelling an order more than 120 hours after payment: You will be refunded the shipping fee only.
  6. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
